Scorpion Recruit are looking for a Telesales Agent to join a fast-growing banking business based at their head office in Knutsford with brilliant views. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation, award-winning, ethical, and cutting edge fintech business.

This is a work from Office Role.

The successful Telesales Agent will be joining a friendly, professional, energetic and positive environment. working alongside the Business Development Management team and Customer Relationship Management team. You will be involved in a business that reward and acknowledge hard working performers.

As a Telsales Agent you will work Monday – Friday from 9am till 5pm, you will be required to generate leads by cold calling and warm calling, the ideal candidate will be from a B2B sales background and must have 2 years experience in a similar role. 

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Working alongside Business Development Managers, you will be selling the fantastic service the company have to offer to a variety of businesses.
  • Pro-actively approaching business owners and decision-makers through cold and warm calling.
  • Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
  • Complete and update CRM system with accurate data.
  • Manage a sales pipeline from identification to the agreement signed.
  • Ensure KPI’s and targets are not only met but surpassed.

Account Executive Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
  • Target driven and money-motivated individual.
  • IT Literate.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop ideas independently.
  • Self-starter who can manage own workload with ability to research and identify sales opportunities.

To be considered for this role you should be experience and knowledge of selling in through a referral B2B programme and/or the recruitment industry is highly desirable although not essential.
